About
Sebastian Di Cesare PhD, RCC (#18773) brings a thoughtful and integrative approach to psychotherapy, shaped by his diverse professional background. Beginning his career in biomedical research, Sebastian contributed to studies examining complex biological systems, including cancer progression and immune responses. This early work fostered a careful, evidence-based perspective that continues to inform his clinical practice.

Transitioning into psychotherapy allowed Sebastian to pursue a deeper connection with the human experience. He has completed extensive postgraduate training in clinical hypnosis, psychodynamic psychotherapy, and cognitive-behavioral therapy. These modalities provide a flexible foundation for addressing the unique concerns of each client, whether through short-term problem-solving or longer-term exploration of emotional patterns and relationships.

Sebastian works collaboratively with individuals to navigate challenges such as anxiety, self-esteem struggles, and interpersonal difficulties. His practice is grounded in curiosity, respect, and a belief in the potential for growth. Therapy, in his view, is a space for understanding oneself better and moving toward a more fulfilling life.
